About Luz

The work of showing up.

For more than two decades, Luz has shown up for the communities she serves. Holding It All began when she decided to show up for herself, too.

Luz Molina is a bilingual author, community advocate, marketing professional, and musician born in Puerto Rico and rooted wherever community calls her home.

Her writing is for women who are used to being the dependable one — the person who remembers, anticipates, organizes, comforts, and keeps going. The person who can name everyone else’s needs while losing track of her own.

This book is not a lecture about balance. It is a hand on your shoulder, a page where you can tell the truth, and an invitation to decide what it might mean to carry your life with more care.
